Our Process

Step 1. Pre-project survey  -  Fill out and submit our 10 question online survey  -  Make sure to include you preferred contact information

Step 2. Contact from us regarding your online survey  -  Schedule your design consultation  -  Provide any additional information that we may require prior to our next step

Step 3. At home design consultation  -  Gather project scope information  -  Measure existing conditions  -  It is important that this meeting is attended by both you and your significant other  -  Diagram our design preparation

Step 4. Design proposals  -  View three options that we have assembled for the project  -  Review pricing for each different option  -  Selection of one of the options with revisions is also done at this time

Step 5. Material selection process  -  Meet with one of our designers to help make project decisions ranging from   1. Exterior Finish to Interior Finish down to the actual furnishing of the project

Step 6. Final Plan and Price  -  Now that your selections have been made we can implement them and provide you with a final view of your proposed new project  -  Provide you with final price for chosen project, keep in mind we will keep you informed throughout this process so you have a good idea what your final price will be  -  Introduction to project manager for your project

Step 7. Final Plane Review  -  Review and refine your plan to make any necessary changes prior to construction

Step 8. Project Management  -  Now that we have a final plan and all changes have been made we will start the actual construction of your project  -  Submit plan and proposed project to your city and obtain a construction permit  -  We will provide you with a start and finish date as well as a construction schedule  -  Unlike many remodelers our project manager is not the lead carpenter instead they are a well qualified and experienced construction manager that will keep your project on task and keep you informed

Step 9. Our fastidious project approach  -  Quality is our main goal and we take great pride in giving our homeowners exactly what they are expecting so along the way we check our quality so we are assured that it meets our expectations  -  Nothing is more important to us than our homeowner's satisfaction, so we also provide each homeowner the opportunity to do a final walk-thru with us to make sure nothing is missed and all expectations have been met

Step 10. Step 10. Warranty  -  If anything goes wrong or gets missed rest assured your project has a warranty  -  Your Warranty includes:   i. 10 year structural ii. 5 year parts iii. 2 year mechanical iv. 1 year craftsmanship
